Sprint Announces Private Placement Offering of Notes
Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S) announced today that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, notes due 2024 (the “Notes”) guaranteed by Sprint Communications, Inc. in a private transaction that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”).
