Sprint Announces Waiver under Secured Equipment Facility
Sprint Corporation announced today that Sprint Communications, Inc. entered into a waiver pursuant to which the lenders waived until December 31, 2013 any default of the quarterly leverage compliance test under Sprint Communications’ secured equipment facility that may otherwise result from Sprint Corporation’s previously announced issuance of notes on September 11, 2013.
