OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), May 10, 2013 - Sprint (NYSE:S) today commented on the recommendation from Institutional Shareholder Service (ISS), the leading proxy advisory service, that Clearwire (NASDAQ: CLWR) shareholders vote in favor of the merger agreement between the companies.
