Throttle from AT&T Data Plans

First day in October this year (2011) AT&T will make new policy for their Mobile Broadband Service. There will be list for topest Usage in AT&T data plan billing cycle. users who already reach the maximum quota will be reduced in speed or data internet access.

Top five percent in AT&T data service is list of users who use AT&T data service in which reach the maximum limit of usage. Then after cath the TOP users in usage users' speed in internet broadband service planed to be reduced. till next cycle billing aka in next month.
After the next month than internet speed will be normal again for the five percent topest data plan usage from AT&T. who will get in the 5 percent topest throtle service ? there will be users which use the internet data service for the maximum speed usage in AT&T Mobile broadband data service.

users with in usage is for video streaming, massive data download or event it can trap users who always use Video chat all the time users in internet data services. what can we do to avoid the top 5 % havies data users ? it is simple, we can reduce in use for data mining from internet. we can selectively in watch video streaming, data download or event in video chat friend who can view or who will be in our screen to look for video chat.

who will not get in topest five percent haviest data users trap ? there will be always for users which selective in usage of internet. such as news reader or office data transaction event perhaps for content writer for their website, etc.

In throttle service which implemented by AT&T there is still an internet access but in limited speed. For your note, in limited speed we still can make our jobs done for internet usage. so do not be afraid that we will get off from internet if we get in the top 5 percent haviest data users. there just reduce of speed for mobile broadband plans still with internet connection in the service.

So be wise in the usage for our Mobile Broadband plans service for AT&T. we will be fine and our internet service will be good in service for other users.
